DMB brings quality international and UK acts to play in selected venues in the Ripon and Harrogate area, spanning a variety of musical genres.

The venture kicked off in December, 2007, with a stunning acoustic performance by Swedish singer Josefina Sanner at David Stead Gallery in Ripon.

This was followed in January, 2008, by an appearance by fast-rising US star Jacob Golden. Jacob went on to appear on Jools Holland's famous 'Later' show barely a fortnight later!

Ripon nightclub The Matrix was the host of three cracking gigs, featuring up-and-coming Wakefield indie bands Last Gang and Pavilion, exciting emerging Leeds artist Micky P Kerr, the soon-to-be-famous Red Light Company and Alex Cornish and cult Scottish star Colin MacIntyre. In the meantime, former La's bassist and Cast frontman John Power played a scintillating set and this was followed by a great double bill featuring US artists Kim Richey and David Berkeley at Hugh Ripley Hall. San Diego star Eve Selis then produced a truly memorable performance at the same venue and recent gigs have featured country-soul singer Lucie Diamond, the brilliant Gary Stewart and his band and a memorable performance by Micky P Kerr.
